I recently went back in for a 360 lipo, plus neck and chin lipo w Dr. M. I am so beyond pleased with my results! He is the absolute best! His attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile to create the right shape is rare, appreciated and amazing. And just as amazing is the staff inside the medical building. The stars are for the surgery center. The med spa upstairs is a very different story. They were so rude, unhelpful and unwelcoming. I came in 2 days after surgery for a lymphatic massage, in a lot of pain and very uncomfortable and they were beyond unhelpful and rude. It felt like i was a burden and i had to hunt down help twice and tear them from their own conversations so i could find my massage therapist, who disappeared right after the massage, to tip.
